Pixel Business ("we", "us") operates the website pixelbusiness.com.tr, a pixel marketplace where users purchase parcels on a shared canvas, upload images, and link them to external destinations. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

Account data: email address, display name, and avatar provided via Google sign-in or email registration.

Content data: parcel coordinates, uploaded images, titles, and link URLs you submit.

Transactional data: purchase history, prices paid, and parcel ownership records.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, session cookies, and presence heartbeats required to operate the service.

We process your data to: (a) authenticate you and keep your session active; (b) display your owned parcels and net worth on the map and leaderboard; (c) moderate user-submitted images and links; (d) prevent fraud and abuse; (e) comply with legal obligations.

We rely on (i) performance of contract for providing the service you signed up for, (ii) legitimate interests for security and abuse prevention, and (iii) consent for any optional features you explicitly opt into.

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, and Google OAuth for sign-in. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Account and parcel data are retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal identifiers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and theme preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
