TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing pixelbusiness.com.tr (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Parcels are sold at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. Pricing increases linearly per resale; the current rule is enforced server-side. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

Ownership of a parcel grants you a non-exclusive right to display approved content on that parcel for as long as you hold it on the canvas. It does not transfer any intellectual property in the Service itself.

You retain ownership of images and links you upload. By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate it as needed to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

You may not upload or link to content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, malicious (malware, phishing), deceptive, or that impersonates others. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content at our sole discretion through the moderation queue.

All parcels are subject to review before going live. We may remove approved parcels later if violations are discovered. Removal does not entitle you to a refund where the violation is attributable to your content.

Because parcels are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of clear technical error attributable to us.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect paying users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved before the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
